Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain intimate apparel must have all original tags and liners intact to qualify for a refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process and secure it to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place your unworn items with original tags into the original shipping mailer or a sturdy box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
